<p>Do you want to feel much better?<br />
Are you running through the marathon of life like a sprinter,<br />
constantly running out of steam and being frustrated with yourself<br />

<p>I worked 60 to 80 hours per week until chronic insomnia<br />
and panic attacks made it impossible for me to continue to<br />
work and live a normal life for two and half years.<br />
This resulted in the closing of my first business and the end of my marriage of 11 years.</p>
<p>I learned the hard way that the head aches, neck aches and pains, panic attacks,restless sleep, irritability, energy and mood swings that I tried to ignore for years with Advil, alcohol and coffee are our body’s way of asking for much needed attention.</p>
<p>It has taken me the last six years to learn from my experience, develop new thoughts, beliefs and habits and rebuild my health and my life in a dynamic balanced way that supports my health and well-being for the long term.</p>
